Natalie is the co-host and producer of NEXTpittsburgh’s weekly podcast with journalist Tony Norman. The show focuses on the local news that you may not have heard of but need to know about. Every week, the audience can engage with hot topics, interesting guests, and actionable items to make change in their own communities.
Natalie produced and hosted a weekly interview series with local political candidates and thought leaders on Instagram LIVE in partnership with Pittsburgh City Paper from Spring 2021 to present.
Natalie has had a national digitally-syndicated advice column with UExpress since 2016. This column explores the relationships that surround love, work, family and ourselves.
Since 2015, Natalie has hosted events around the community including Pittsburgh Earth Day’s Annual Ecolution, Family House’s Polo Match & Gala, the International Free Expression Project’s Mai Khoi Concert, Community Leaders Breakfast, and Pittsburgh City Paper’s 2022 Debate Watch Party. She was the Pink Carpet Correspondent for Women Who Rock to support Magee-Womens Research Institute and has participated in a range of events for the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and The Friendship Circle. She has also moderated panels around building equity through media.
Partnering with for-profit and non-profit organizations to build equity through her media channels. Natalie fosters conscious collaborations with Square Cafe, Vana Transformative Wellness Space, Women Who Rock, Heinz History Center and many more.
Natalie currently contributes to TABLE Magazine and Pittsburgh Earth Day.

Natalie produced and co-hosted a 10-episode show on YouTube which shared plant-based recipes and conversations around the dinner table focused on social justice and climate change. The project was supported by the Heinz Endowments, 412 Food Rescue and private foundations in 2021.
Natalie co-owns a media consulting company comprised of a forward-thinking team of communication architects who meet clients where they are, utilizing old-school meets new-school media strategies through the lens of equity. Clients include non-profits, healthcare, government, for-profit entities, and individuals seeking to build brands. XSquared’s scope of work includes cohesive brand building through social media, digital product creation, public relations, and more.
